Aura Minerals Pau-a-Pique Mine

A+I led the Operational Readiness exercise (a few months prior to start-up) to bring the “PPQ (Pau-a-pique)” mine back to production from closure. A+I then led various improvement projects and Kaizens to help with their start-up / stability of operational issues.
