Emotional Intelligence and Self Evaluation towards Better Mental Health: Communication Skills, Clarity of Task and Workplace Resiliency for improved Mental Health
À propos du cours
Through a blend of Continuous Improvement principles, Social / Emotional Leadership skills and Workplace Resiliency techniques, we will take a journey toward improved mental health.
Areas such as improved communication skills and the ability to better define tasks often lead to improved clarity of a particular situation, which further helps to manage stress and eliminate misunderstandings.
Workplace resiliency is defined as the ability to adapt or change when things don’t go as expected. We will review certain tools and techniques that can help you to minimize the risk of things not going as expected. For instance, this can be achieved by improving the likelihood of a smooth outcome or by ensuring clarity in order to reduce potential misunderstandings. And then, in those cases where the unexpected occurs (which will of course happen!), a look at different approaches and concepts to better adapt to those situations. In combination, these techniques will help manage overall stress and strive to strengthen our overall mental health.
The purpose of this course is to introduce the participant to various Emotional Intelligence tools and techniques for better mental health.
