Carmine has a Masters in Metallurgical Engineering, is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. His career began working directly with top-tier companies such as Falconbridge/Noranda, Inco/Vale and Xstrata, across Ontario, Quebec and Norway. Since 2014, Carmine has provided teaching, coaching and project consulting to numerous companies and industries. Carmine is multilingual, having worked in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Norwegian. He is based in Oakville and Montreal, Canada.

He has a proven track record of delivering tangible results for major industry players across the globe and is skilled at forging long-term client partnerships. Prior to co-founding A+I, Asim led many Operational Excellence initiatives as well as technical projects specializing in Process Improvement, Constraint Modelling, Performance Management, Mine Optimization, Feasibility Studies, Petroleum Geophysical, Reservoir and Production Engineering. Asim has a MASc. in Petroleum Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mine Operations Research. He is based in Toronto, Canada.

Hendry Widjaya joined A+I in January 2018. Hendry is a graduate of McGill University in Chemical Engineering. Hendry has worked in multiple processing plants with Vale specializing in base metals and completed a few continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

​Hendry has deep interests in the financial and investing world and he is pursuing a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and completed Level 2 CFA. Also, he is a member of Toastmaster Inc. He is based in Mississauga, Canada.
Marty joined the A+I team in March of 2024 and is a professional engineer with over 33 years of international experience in Mining.
The majority of his career was spent with Vale (Inco) operations in Canada (Manitoba, Ontario) and Indonesia. He provided expertise in developing risk management, continuous improvement, and strategic planning initiatives with TechnicaMining in Sudbury after retiring from Vale.

He has significant technical and leadership experience in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance Systems, RiskManagement and Continuous Improvement. Marty has led or been a member of numerous successful initiatives contributing to improved efficiencies and results in project delivery, asset management, and maintenance delivery as well as improving the health and safety of employees and improving how operations manage risk.

Sanjeet has experience in Data Visualization and Data Acquisition, Provide KPI, Performance Reports, dashboards, and analysis on Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and OBIEE - - while also automating processes with VBA to save 480 hours per month plus associated time-costs! He develops and supports various operational reporting and analysis solutions for Customer Care

With over 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Food, Oil, and Gas industries, Samay has demonstrated strong work ethics and a commitment to excellence in operations, manufacturing settings, and project environments.

As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Samay has successfully led cross-functional teams on complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. His expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, particularly Green and Black Belt projects, has led to significant process improvements and cost optimization.
